The Accommodation provided on each tour is listed in the itinerary and the price of the tour is based on per person twin share rates. This means that each person pays the price listed for the tour and shares the one room (if you don’t want to share a room, we have single supplement options available – meaning you get your own room, but you pay a surcharge for the privilege).
While our best attempts are always made to ensure the accommodation provided is the same as that listed in the itinerary, sometimes we need to make last minute changes that results to changes to the accommodation shown. Where this happens we will notify you as soon as possible (no surprises) and ensure that accommodation of a similar standard is provided instead. This could be the result of changes out of our control such as overbooking, natural disaster, closure or other events.
Special request rooms can be requested at the time of booking and although we will try and meet these requests, these can’t be guaranteed until check in, subject to availability.
Many hotels and accommodation providers now offer 100% smoke free properties and charge guests a cleaning fee if smoking is detected in a room or on these premises. YourTrip participants are reminded that any cleaning charges issued by accommodation providers will be passed onto our guests.
Transport options are outlined in the itinerary and while our best attempts are always made to ensure the transport provided is the same as that listed in the itinerary, sometimes we need to make last minute changes that results to changes to the transport shown. Where this happens we will notify you as soon as possible (no surprises) and ensure that we get you to the destination. Your safety is our number 1 priority and thus we may change transport options due to weather or other diversions.
Air transport is generally not included in the price of the package, with the exception of Air Transport provided by Sea Plane between Whister and Victoria, which is included in the package price.
All transport providers are 100% smoke free and may either charge guests a fee if smoking is detected or remove them from the transport. YourTrip participants are reminded that any charges issued by providers will be passed onto our guests and should you be removed from the transport due to smoking, no refund will be provided.
Due to the small group size, toilets are generally not provided on YourTrip transport options. Regular breaks will be made for the comfort of our guests.
If it’s included in the itinerary, it is included in the price of the package. A tour director will accompany the group between destinations and during each activity. All commentary and activities will be conducted in English. We reserve the right to substitute activities and attractions in the package as required due to safety or operational requirements or circumstances outside out control. Activities run in all weather conditions at the discretion of the individual operators, who have sole control of determining if an activity is safe to operate. Refunds will not be given for activities that are cancelled due to safety, operational or circumstances outside our control.
Meals included are listed in the itinerary. Breakfast will normally be a continental style breakfast unless specified otherwise. Dinners will include a main meal and one alcoholic beverage (such as a glass of beer or wine). All other beverages or extras are at the participants expense.
Your luggage cannot exceed 23kg in weight and only 1 piece of luggage can be carried (in addition to a small carry on bag or personal item). If excess luggage is carried a $10/day excess baggage fee may be charged at the discretion of YourTrip. Any excess luggage may only be carried if there is sufficient space available on all our carriers. YourTrip does not guarantee the carriage of excess luggage.
YourTrip Pty Ltd or its suppliers will not be liable for loss or damage to luggage or personal items.
Unless special conditions apply to your booking (e.g. a sale) a 20% deposit is required at the time of making a booking, with the remainder due within 90 days prior to tour departure date. Some special fares and Early Bird bookings may require full payment within 7 days of booking, these will be advised at the time of booking.
Participants will be advised when minimum numbers have been reached and the tour program is then confirmed. YourTrip may alter the departure date of tours or cancel any tour or tour component if required. You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. Guests should refrain from booking onward or prior connections (e.g. flights) until your tour departure date is confirmed.
Please choose carefully when selecting a tour program. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Once tours are confirmed, refunds will not be made due to any reason, including illness or missing a tour, or any component of a tour program. We strongly recommend travel insurance that may provide you cover for these circumstances. Contact your Travel Agent or preferred insurer for details on travel insurance.
While we attempt to ensure that the content of each tour is enjoyable for all, refunds due to personal preference or change of mind will not be provided.
In order to provide you with a YourTrip experience at the best possible price, we need minimum numbers to run our programs. Thus, sadly we need to pass on cancellation fees if you need to cancel your tour. If you book a tour and then need to cancel, we charge the following cancellation fees:

YourTrip may allow customers to pay a deposit to hold their booking then pay a set amount at regular intervals to assist customers in spreading the cost over a period of time. All tours however must be 100% paid in full 90 days prior to departure. The cancellation fees will still apply to customers who utilise payment plan options. Payment plans are only available by regular direct bank transfers and are the responsibility of the customer to set up with their bank.
All prices are subject to change until the tour program has been confirmed and you have been issued with a notice informing you that the tour is proceeding. While we endeavour to ensure our prices predict future currency movements, YourTrip reserves the right to pass on a currency surcharge should the exchange rate between the Australian Dollar and the destination currency change. If this surcharge is greater than 10% of the total price you have the right to cancel the program without penalty.
YourTrip expects all its guests to act in a polite and courteous manner for the duration of the program. Should guests act in an manner that negatively affects the enjoyment of the program by other guests, or risks the health or safety of our guests, staff or suppliers, they may be asked to leave the tour. No refund will be made nor will onwards arrangements be made for such guests.
Children are welcome on any YourTrip program if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children are subject to the same behaviour expectations as adults. Unfortunately price discounts are currently not available for children who pay the full adult price.
Pets or animals are not permitted on any YourTrip program.
In making a booking and paying a deposit you accept the terms and conditions outlined on our website. YourTrip reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time. If you have made a booking, the revised terms and conditions will be forwarded to you. You agree to accept any modifications to the terms and conditions.
