Refund Policy
Please choose carefully when selecting a tour program. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Once tours are confirmed, refunds will not be made due to any reason, including illness or missing a tour, or any component of a tour program. We strongly recommend travel insurance that may provide you cover for these circumstances. Contact your Travel Agent or preferred insurer for details on travel insurance.
While we attempt to ensure that the content of each tour is enjoyable for all, refunds due to personal preference or change of mind will not be provided.
Cancellation Fees
In order to provide you with a YourTrip experience at the best possible price, we need minimum numbers to run our programs. Thus, sadly we need to pass on cancellation fees if you need to cancel your tour. If you book a tour and then need to cancel, we charge the following cancellation fees:
Canada Programs:
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% Cancellation Fee
- Between 90 and 30 days before departure: 70% Cancellation Fee
- Greater than 90 Days before departure: Loss of Deposit
Sri Lanka Programs:
- To confirm the itinerary – 20% deposit
- Balance total 60 days before travel
- 60+ days before arrival – no cancellation cost
- 60-35 Days before arrival – 20% cancellation cost
- 35 or less – 100% cancellation cost
