Congratulations on deciding on taking your next holiday with YourTrip. We’ve been working hard to make our programs experiential and exciting so you can get the most out of whichever destination you travel to. What happens next is pretty simple. In the next few days someone from YourTrip will send you an email and give you a call welcoming you onboard. You’ll be provided with a booking invoice which shows how much the program costs and when payments are due. You’ll also be asked to pay a 10% deposit if you haven’t already done so directly into our bank account.

We will also need to collect some more details from you such as the names of all guests travelling with us, passport numbers, dietary requirements and all that sort of jazz. You’ll be provided a link to an online form that we use to collect these details or alternatively you can request we post a form out to you for completion. If you need any help, don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

Once the minimum numbers for the trip are confirmed, you’ll receive another email and phone call letting you know that the trip is confirmed. At this point, make sure you have your flights arranged with your preferred airline or agent and you’re ready to go. At 60 days before the tour departure date the remainder of your invoice needs to be paid. If you don’t want to pay it in one lump sum you are welcome to make progress payments up until day 60 – talk to us and we can help you do this. (Note some sale bookings and special promotions may require earlier payment – This will be made clear at the time of booking and on your invoice).

You’ll also be invited to a Facebook event page which will include all the other members of the tour program that opt into this service. This way you can “meet” your fellow travel companions in advance – Don’t worry if you don’t have Facebook as there are plenty of opportunities to get to know your travel companions on the tour.

Now its time to relax, get excited and prepare for your holiday! You’ve earned it! Feel free to contact us at anytime if you have a question about the tour or booking process.
